Sigma Alpha Epsilon proudly possesses the newest Fraternity house at the University of Miami in over 40 years. Completed in the Fall of 2009, the house boasts 16 SINGLE bedrooms each equipped with its own PRIVATE bathroom, DirectTV with HBO, built-in loft, electronic punch code lock, and individual air conditioning unit. The house is home to a large grass courtyard, 65in HDTV, NFL Sunday Ticket, industrial-sized gas grill, both men’s and women’s public bathrooms, brand new leather couches, outdoor bars, water fountains, two brand new sets of FREE-to-use washing and drying machines, an outdoor patio with ping pong table, and of course, the kiddie pool. Brothers can always be seen at the house playing wiffleball, grilling outside, or enjoying the Miami sun in the kiddie pool.
